Victoria Parc is a single-family community consisting of three sections – The Manors, The Estates, and The Shires which is located within the beautiful master-planned community of Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Our community prides itself on the various outdoor activities there are to offer. There are 39 public parks, active community centers and many scenic-walking trails. For the golfers, the prestigious PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance is located within minutes away.

The development of Victoria Parc at Tradition, Florida originally took place in 2007, but the construction fell victim to the crash of the real estate market. The remaining unsold lots remained abandoned until two of the area’s most solid builders, DR Horton and GHO Homes took over the development. Both companies offer a selection of wonderful floor plans for new homes. The GHO Homes completed their section of the homes in the Victoria Parc but DR Horton continued with their homes and eventually, the Express Homes, an affiliate of DR Horton, took over the remaining homes introducing their models.
